This place has potential, but we would not stay there again until a few things get fixed. We were there for Marine Corps bootcamp graduation and wanted to be close. It was only about 5-10 minutes from the gate we needed to use, which was nice. It was very expensive for what you got. I checked the amenities before we arrived and had groceries delivered, to include steaks to celebrate our new Marine. When we went to grill it, we couldn't find the, listed, grill. I contacted the host and they had a griddle sent over for the stove. We couldn't use it, so we postponed our dinner and ordered a grill with charcoal to be delivered, which we had to leave there along with a cooler because there aren't extra amentities to help with a stay close to the coast. Furthermore, the smoke detector started beeping for low batteries during our stay and the hot water worked on and off, which was super frustrating. There was also hair throughout beds and the bathroom. Def a remodel that needs helps.

Cozy place! nice and quiet! it was pretty warm coming in so i would recommend if you plan on checking out the city before the airbnb to turn on the ac fans. The shower took a little to warm up as well but everything else was perfect and comfortable

We stayed here as it was extremely close to Marine Corps Recruit Depot for my son graduating boot camp. The views were great and so close to everything right off the highway. The house was a little dirty and hair on couches and the house had typical wear and tear for a rental but overall we loved the location. Had great appliances for cooking. We were able to spread out in the rooms for our large family and rest in between all the activities we did around town while visiting. Great neighborhood and very quiet. Would give it a 4.5 stars but cannot pick half star. Thank you to the host and responsive communication.

We had a great time and the place was all we needed for a quick weekend trip. If you’re wanting to explore mission beach/pacfic beach area the location could not be better

Nice place in the central location close to downtown/Central San Diego. Super convenient for us working in the Chula Vista area, but still wanting to be able to go out to the gaslamp district. The place is a lot smaller than the pictures show. The living room is basically nonexistent and TVs are in the bedroom. No space for it in the living room. This location met our needs. While it wasn’t very big, we didn’t really need a lot of space. Best part was the EV charging. Very convenient to have that versus having to go charge. But, even if they didn’t, literally around the corner was a supercharger for Tesla.

Great stay. Would stay again!
